Sir, First Round I have selected Dhanalkshmi Medical College Government quota. I have also requested for 2nd Round Upgrade. They have provided me only one form in that they have mentioned the Dhanalakshmi college and also mentioned as Waiting List. Do I need to Join the college and do the payment or i need to wait for second round completion ? my number 7338989642
